Deposits and Payments: A deposit equivalent to one (1) night’s stay plus tax will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining balance charged ten (10) days prior to arrival. For reservations made within ten (10) days of arrival, the full balance will be charged at time of booking.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted.
A valid credit card is required for making a reservation and at check-in.
Room Occupancy and Rates: All rates are quoted on a double (2 Persons) occupancy rate only. Rates are subject to change without notice. Many of the rooms will accommodate extra persons and have maximum capacities as well. Charges for extra persons will apply as follows: Children 2 and under stay free when using existing beds.
Ages 2-12 are $15. Over 12 $25.
Please disclose all occupants, including ages of children, when booking.
We need to prepare for meal and towel service appropriately.
Check-In: Check-in time is between 4:00 pm and 7:00pm. We do not have 24 hour check-in.
We may allow arrivals outside these times, only if pre-arranged or given 24 hours advance notice.
Check-Out: Check-out time is 10:30am.
Cancellations: All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 administration fee per room. For single room reservations a ten (10) day cancellation period applies. Within the 10 day window, no cancellation will be due. No refunds will be returned. Group bookings of 3 or more rooms, a twenty-one (21) day cancellation period applies, within the 21 day window no cancellation will be due. No refunds will be returned, unless the rooms can be rebooked.
Early Departures: Once you have arrived and checked-in, if for any reason you request an early departure of dates already booked, we are terribly sorry but no unused nights will be refunded.
Smoking: All rooms/porches and common areas are non-smoking (both inside and outside). Please ask about our designated smoking area. We reserve the right to apply a $250.00 cleaning charge for any violation of our non-smoking policy in rooms.
Children: We love children, but please keep close watch on your children and respect other guests. (See rates above).
Pets: There is a Pet Resort at the Grand Canyon Railway with boarding facilities, less than 1 mile away. Although we love animals of all types, we are unable to allow pets at this time. For local boarding information please call 1-800-the-train or visit The Pet Train website.
Special Packages and Offerings: All special requests, packages, and add-ons must be pre-paid, and subject to various cancellation policies, which will be outlined when reserved.
